1. General terms
This document sets out the terms for using the konvo service. By registering, you agree to these terms.
The service is provided “as is” and is continuously improved.
2. What the service does
- Brings messages from Instagram, Telegram, and website chats into one dashboard
- Replies using AI based on the knowledge base you provide
- Sends automated messages through funnels and adds tags to contacts
- Maintains a contact database and statistics
3. Plans and payment
Current plans are listed on the Pricing page. Payment is made in advance for the selected period.
New users receive a 7-day free trial — no card required.
When a plan limit is reached, AI stops replying automatically, but messages are not lost and remain available in the dashboard.
4. User responsibilities
You must not do the following when using the service:
- Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages
- Violate the rules of Meta, Telegram, or other platforms
- Impersonate or deceive another person
- Promote products or services that are unlawful
You are responsible for the channels you connect and the conversations conducted through them.
5. AI disclaimer
AI responses rely on the knowledge base you provide, but they may be incorrect. We recommend checking important messages about prices, timelines, and terms.
Messages sent by AI are sent on your behalf, and you, as the service owner, are responsible for them.
6. Service interruptions and limitation of liability
The service depends on third-party platforms (Meta, Telegram, and AI providers). We are not responsible for their outages, changes to their rules, or account restrictions.
In all cases, our liability is limited to the amount paid during the previous 3 months.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time; the service will remain available until the end of the paid period. No refunds are provided for unused days.
If these terms are violated, we may suspend the account with notice, or without notice in case of a serious violation.
8. Data
How personal data is handled is described in the Privacy policy.
9. Changes
When these terms change, the date on this page will be updated. We will notify you of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect.
